In person or online workshops

Payment of workshop places must be paid in advance. Your place is not confirmed until payment is received. Details of payment may be included in your invoice and emailed to you directly or made online directly by using GoCardless.

For many workshops, spaces are limited.  7 days notice is needed if you no longer require your space. You may be able to attend other scheduled workshops upon request if they are available.

In the event that we need to cancel a workshop, we will provide 7 days’ notice via email. You may be offered a place on another date or workshop.

For an in person event, we request that you arrive at class a minimum of 10 minutes prior to the start time to allow you get set up & settled in.

1-2-1 Appointments

1-2-1 Appointments should be paid for in advance in order to confirm your booking, unless agreed otherwise.

I operate a strict 24 hour cancellation policy for all 1-2-1 appointments. For cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not turn up for your appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee (unless there are extenuating circumstances).


Refunds on Workshops and 1-2-1 appointments are only provided on the following basis:

14 Days’ Notice: 50% refund
7 Days’ Notice: 25% refund
